Summary	So finally, the bottom has dropped out of the "dot.com" market. Or has it ?. Whatever, your thoughts or beliefs, the internet, still has much to offer and has only just begun to deliver business benefits to those organisations that have had the foresight to embrace it. In the coming months entrepreneurs will need better access to resources, capital and talent as investors increase their own understanding of what makes a viable "dot.com" business and which traditional business can benefit from correct implementation of internet  technologies.

Mark Budd	Mark Budd is part of both the Business Development and LaunchPad teams.  Before joining e-start, Mark worked for McKinsey & Co in London and the US, gaining experience in a number of fields including e-commerce, retail, construction, media and government.  Prior to McKinsey, Mark spent a year at SBC Warburg (now UBS). Mark graduated from Cambridge University with a 1st class hons. degree in Mathematics.
