Saggers |
Peter Saggers is a financial packaging counsellor with the Business Link
Access to Finance Team'. Following a career in corporate banking,
he now specialises in raising finance for both start-up and
established businesses where there is growth potential. As a
special associate with the National Business Angel Network he has
advised many businesses on their applications for funding on the
business angel/private equity market. |

| Dr. Simon Murdoch |
Until co-founding Episode 1 Partners, Dr. Simon Murdoch was Vice
President Europe of Amazon.com. He founded Bookpages in late 1996
which he sold to Amazon.com in April 1998. He managed the hugely
successful launch of the Amazon.co.uk service in October 1998, and
oversaw the growth of Amazon.de from January 1999 onwards.
Chase Episode-1, a new London-based venture capital organisation,
has launched the UK's largest dedicated Internet start-up fund at
US$100 million. The company offers seed and early stage Internet
ventures fast track funding and advice.

Neil Parry is a Relationship Director of Barclays PLC London
Corporate Banking responsible for a portfolio of mostly
larger UK corporate customers, assessing business plans and
providing funding solutions to a variety of businesses. In
particular he has wide experience of corporate finance
transactions including management buy outs and acquisitions.
Clients range from small enterprises (including a small number of
rapidly growing and well capitalised internet start ups) to quoted
companies on the London stock exchange. |
