Caroline Denny

Caroline Denny joined myOyster Plc  in 2000 to develop the e-business practice alongside the launch of the company's internet channel.

Caroline previously spent 5 years as a Consultant in two Executive Search and Selection firms focusing on the IT and Telecommunications sectors across Europe. During the latter two years she was part of the management team and established an HR division. She then moved into change management consultancy and helped set up a new division within Unisys, a leading systems integrator. Corporate client projects included working with change as a result of mergers and acquisitions, the adoption of new technology/working environments to the shift within organisations from departmental to service provision mentality.

Throughout her career Caroline has had a strong interest in individuals' motivation and the context within which they make decisions about their lives and careers. This led her to return to University in 1993 to complete a Diploma in Vocational Guidance and also to train in psychometrics.
