Nick Wood Nick Wood is President of Net Searchers International Limited who were founded in 1996 and are part of Virtual Internet plc.

With offices in London, New York, Paris and Milan, Net Searchers is a leading authority on intellectual property protection on the web. They are dedicated to registering, monitoring, tracking and renewing names and copyright material on the internet.

Net Searchers applies the highest of standards for online protection of intellectual property.

Graham Smith  
Graham Smith is a partner in Bird & Bird's Internet and E-Commerce Group. He has practised cyberlaw since 1994, advising companies on Internet-related issues. He also handles intellectual property and commercial litigation in the IT and telecoms industries. He has recently advised Guernsey on its e-commerce legislation.

He is editor of and a main contributor to the pioneering legal textbook "Internet Law and Regulation" (first published by FT Law & Tax in 1996 - 3rd edition for Sweet & Maxwell forthcoming) and is author of a chapter in the Encyclopedia of Information Technology Law on non-contractual liability. He has contributed to, amongst other publications, the Financial Times, Wired, Internet Research, Computers and Law, Computer Law and Security Report, Computer and Telecommunications Law Review, Computer Law and Practice, New Media Age and Legal Week.

He is rated in Chambers' Directory as a Leading Individual in both the Information Technology and E-Commerce sections. He is also included in the Legal 500 Legal Experts Report for 2001 for e-commerce, information technology and publishing.

He is a Fellow of the Society for Advanced Legal Studies and a Council Member of the Society for Computers and Law. He is a member of the eCentreUK
