Summary	A joint event with the Danish Alumni - includes an expert speaker on Offshore Business Process Outsourcing, group workshops, and feedback session. BPO, especially overseas, is the hot subject of 2004, and we are fortunate in having Lulu O'Leary, a hands-on expect to lead us. BPO is invariably enabled through eBusiness technologies. Whilst many BPO projects have involved India, industry watchers are forecasting a rapid uptake in BPO to the new EU members. Whether you are engaged in BPO, thinking about it, or have views as a customer, do come and learn about the challenges and the key actions for success. At the end of the morning you will have identified the benefits and key issues involved in implementing and managing an overseas BPO. The morning is also an opportunity to share your thoughts and experiences with an international audience.

Speaker Details	Lulu O'Leary's early career was in UK Government service sector: strategy and operations. She then moved to Price Waterhouse in mid nineties. There Lulu worked with large multinational clients developing and implementing Corporate Centre Transformation and Shared Service strategies. In 2000 Lulu moved to a leading Insurance Broking company to set up and run a captive offshore service company in India. The Indian company delivers high-end BPO services to UK and US offices and clients.
