Speaker details	Prior to entering the IT industry Guy Beaudin taught at a university in Canada.  His own qualifications are broad, including degrees in marketing and accountancy plus IT industry sales certifications from companies including Microsoft, Compaq and Novell.  This mixture of business understanding and IT solution knowledge allows him to step back and look at the business requirement and then apply an appropriate technology solution.  Guy joined PC World Business in 1999, and has over 23 years experience in IT solution sales. He is responsible for the overall management of solutions and service sales. His key abilities are a broad knowledge which covers all aspects of a solution from concept, design and specification through to service requirements such as implementation, training, maintenance and sub-contractor selection.
